We are a design build firm located in lower Manhattan seeking a project architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience with high end residential work is preferred. Candidate must be excellent at AutoCAD, knowledge of Rhino & V-Ray software is a plus. Most importantly, candidate must know how to put a set of construction documents together. The majority of our firm creates residential & commercial interior renovations. We typically build the projects we design. Candidate will have exposure to construction & project management.
