FB/ is a Management / Architecture / Design agency that partners with private, institutional and non-profit organizations to help envision and execute strategic planning in architecture, real estate and construction.   We have an immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager, with a strong passion for design and construction to assist with developing and managing capital projects for an institutional client in New York City. This is a freelance role and the position will begin as a part-time remote position with the potential for full-time work following a performance review after 4 weeks.  Key Responsibilities: Prepare presentation material for review with clients and key stakeholders; Develop preliminary design material into documents for bidding and construction; Develop and regularly maintain project schedules and budgets.
