OPPORTUNITY: Ferguson & Shamamian Architects is looking for highly motivated and talented Intermediate Architects to join our firm. This position offers the opportunity to work amongst a dedicated team on highly custom traditional residential projects through all phases of design and documentation from schematic design and design development to construction documents and construction administration. Responsibilities include preparing design studies, presentation drawings & materials, drafting and detailing construction documents, redlining and reviewing drawings, site visits, and coordinating with outside designers, consultants, and vendors. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively and methodically with an interest in mentorship & coaching of entry level staff. Candidate should have the aptitude to develop management skills and a desire for personal growth and future leadership roles within their career.
