Qualifications Excellent urban design and architecture skills, including spatial concepting, clear visual storytelling, sensitivity to user experience, aesthetic vision, and a strong design voice. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. Complete Streets, LEED) and an enthusiasm for the cutting edge of the field.
