Responsibilities Lead Flad's 2030 Commitment reporting by helping project teams with reporting efforts.Lead research on various topics, including healthier materials research, design 'best practices', building systems research, specific research needs that arise for project teams, etc.Assist staff with continuing education efforts surrounding sustainability, wellness, and sustainability credentialling and maintenance.Assist project teams in performing design analysis, including daylight analysis, building life-cycle analysis, and early-design energy modeling.Assist project teams pursuing LEED certification.Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design or related field required; Master's degree preferred.Two years' experience in the design and construction industry required; experience on projects pursuing sustainability or wellness certifications preferred.LEED AP BD+C preferred.
