Foit-Albert Associates, Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, P.C., has an immediate need for an Architectural Technician with junior-, mid- or senior-level experience to join our growing multidiscipline practice.  The Architectural Technician will work on high-profile aviation projects starting out in our Jamaica, Queens office with the potential to be embedded with the Project Team in internationally renowned design offices in Manhattan.   Requirements: Proficiency in Revit. Revit assessment will be required. Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures. Knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction techniques. Experience in construction document preparation. Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate their work. Experience with aviation projects a plus.
