Foubister Architects is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our growing team. There will be an array of responsibilities and skills associated with the role, most notably running a project from schematic through CA. Responsibilities - Bring the napkin sketch to a fully coordinated drawing set. - Proficient and have a solid understanding of building construction and the different components. - Interact with zoning/building/fire/health departments to secure entitlements.- Conduct site visits, create observation reports, and close-out. - Manage consultants, provide direction and guidance to junior staff.  - Provide updates and insight to Principal and Project Manager on the project details.
