Frederick Tang Architecture is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join our studio in Brooklyn, NY. The candidate would be able to manage residential projects in New York City independently and in collaboration with the Studio Directors. Candidate must be able to manage the creation of a full Contract Document drawing set including consultant coordination, millwork details, schedules, specifications, to the Studio's standards. Candidate must be familiar with the process for permit filings for NYC DOB and LPC Approvals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about design. The candidate will work closely with a team on all phases of design, from helping to come up with design schemes and visually representing them, to creating drawing sets. In particular, we are seeking someone with a special interest in creating interior spaces through materiality, color, furniture, and lighting.
