The candidate shall be a licensed architect in the U.S. with 5 years minimum experience working on commercial/institutional projects in the U.S. You must communicate well verbally and in writing, have excellent knowledge of building codes, construction types, and be detail oriented and quality conscious. You must be proficient with AutoCAD, Word, and Excel.
