Position: Project manager -  The candidate shall be overseeing various projects in different phases including the following: Responsibilities include managing and producing various projects, and must be knowledgeable of the different aspects of architecture services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction observation. Perform project coordination with the various consultants. Meeting deadlines in a timely manner. Attend meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors / third party project managers. Processing of projects at various jurisdictions and acquire necessary permits. Perform construction observation and assist the contractors and clients during construction. On occasion, provide assistance and training of other employees.
