GLUCK+ is looking for an experienced Architect and/or Construction Supervisor to be and assistant Construction Manager on a modern, private residence, currently under construction in Miami Beach. Must have real world experience on construction sites either as a construction manager or doing intensive Architectural construction administration.  Candidates should have project management experience.  Will work with Site Supervisor to complete day to day management of subcontractor work, materials procurement, and overall quality control.    The following skills are requisite: Experience on ground-up projects from Design Development or Preconstruction Services through Construction Administration.Experience with high end finishes and a strong understanding of construction detailingExperience with Scheduling, project commissioning and closeout a plusHighly adept problem solver with strong technical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, consultants and contr...
