We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist for our Maryland office, with great communication and graphic design skills to lead our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid research, writing, and editing skills; excellent graphics capabilities; and a keen interest in the environments in which we live and work. Experience in comparable role(s) in the Architecture, Engineering, Planning or Design industries would be great, but we are also open to those with other applicable/tangential experience such as creative strategy consulting, PR/communications, advertising, media, filmmaking, business, etc. While you will report to our Principals, and collaborate with the entire team, there is tremendous opportunity for growth in this position as we evolve from a small regional firm into a player on the national scale.
