Vibrant, fast-paced design firm seeks senior-level project manager. A strong history of direct client communication, design excellence, and detail rigor is required. As a multi-disciplinary firm, HK will consider applicants having a range of project backgrounds including commercial, institutional, multi-family, and luxury residential markets. The successful applicant will work directly with clients, consultants, local authorities, and HK design staff in a precipitous, “always-on” relationship. She or he will endeavor to expand HK’s ability to serve regional markets by leveraging in-house skill and matching it with industry needs. HK offers an aggressive compensation package including competitive base pay rates, health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation and holidays, yearly education stipend, and bonuses according to performance.
