This is an opportunity for an architect or engineer with 3 - 7 years of experience in an architecture or engineering firm. We are looking for an individual that is passionate about building enclosure design and developing bespoke custom solutions for new construction and repositioning projects. Our New York office is fully in-person to provide an active environment for mentorship, collaboration, and design innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with senior staff in the development, detailing, and analysis of a variety of facade and waterproofing systems. Interface directly with the client, external design team, consultants, and construction teams during all project phases. Analyze envelope performance through modeling. Write Specifications. Review contractor proposals and shop drawings. Assist in construction administration tasks including responding to RFI’s and maintaining project submittal logs.
