Ilya Korolev Architect is seeking Project Manager to assist with variety of jobs ranging from private residential renovations and ground-up in and around New York to ground-up hotel in Costa Rica. Candidate must have deep understanding of construction industry, great organizational skill and be able to communicate well in a professional environment. Tasks will include Coordination with Consultants, Vendors, Contractors and remote Draftspersons, Products Research and Sourcing, Administrative Work. Knowledge of Vectorworks is preferred, but not necessary.
