OrganizationOrganized by: Urban Spatial Strategy Division, Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentManaged by: Korean Institute of Architects (www.kia.or.kr), admin@seoul-station-compe.orgOfficial Website: http://project.seoul.go.kr4. EligibilityProfessional companies and individuals(those who meet the qualification criteria below) in the urban, architecture, and landscape fields either domestic or international can participate individually or jointly. A licensed architects either domestically or internationally, or hold a domestic urban planning and landscape architecture professional engineer qualification under the National Technical Qualifications Act, or assistant professors or higher position in the related department at a university under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act. In the case of joint applications, up to three individuals (or firms) are allowed, and one of the joint applicants must be designated as the representative. Individuals who have been directly or indirectly involved in the planning, advising, or judging of this space planning competition are not eligible to participate.Individuals registered as a representative or a member of a joint application team cannot participate in another joint application team for this competition. All participants must not have any disqualifying reasons under relevant laws and regulations.5.
