The in-house design team is the vital connection between development, construction, management, marketing, and sales. The Design Coordinator is an integral member of the design team and shall oversee the design team, composed of either internal or external resources, consultant’s coordination, production of deliverables, work with marketing and CP Homes to develop project briefs, and assist with marketing materials such as plans, renderings and project narratives. This role must have demonstrated a strong ability to manage multiple project deadlines, with a proficiency in design review and a critique informed by aesthetic, budget, and schedule constraints.
