Analyzes data and develops recommendations related to space needs and utilization for higher education clients. Develops space programs and planning concepts based on user interviews, in-field observations, and established space guidelines and standards. Develops graphics and writes reports to explain space analysis results.  Activities Obtains space, room use, course schedule, and other data from higher education clients. Uses Excel and/or Access to manipulate and analyze data to understand existing space use patterns. Works with others to conduct studies, research, compile data, and prepare comprehensive feasibility studies and space planning scenarios to be used for campus planning.
