You have a solid background in Project Management and client relations and are fluent in all phases of architectural SD through CA.  Your demonstrably sharp design sensibilities, knowledge of Type V Construction detailing, and experience with small team management, including hands on experience with a 3D design through production process contribute to clearly successful projects.  Qualifications include superior references,  stable work history with experience in custom residential, and clear written and verbal communications.  Working knowledge of Vectorworks is a bonus.
