We are looking for an Architect to lead and manage our new residential projects. If you have strong 3D modeling skills, can successfully manage a project from conception through construction and live in the NYC area, we want to hear from you. JVA is an award-winning, boutique architecture firm in the heart of Chelsea. We have focused solely on high-end, custom residential work for the last 30 years, including townhouse and apartment gut renovations, rooftop additions and new, ground up townhouses. Our current projects include a 6-story new, ground up townhouse (with basketball court beneath) on the Upper West Side, a 6,000sf triplex in a new West Village development, and others.
