Small architectural firm on Upper East Side, NYC is looking for an architect with five to ten years’ experience in historic restoration, facade restoration, FISP projects, adaptive reuse and traditional design. Our projects involve buildings in New York City and Westchester County, NY usually with historic significance. The successful candidate will be working with Project Managers and interface/report directly to the Principal. Associate and/or partnership legacy position is a possibility. Excellent drawing and sketching skills required. In addition, the position requires design, development of contract documents, site inspections, report generation and project management skills.
