Small architecture firm on Upper East Side, NYC is looking for a junior designer with one to two years’ experience in historic restoration, adaptive reuse and traditional design. Our projects involve buildings in New York City and Westchester County, NY usually with historic significance. The successful candidate will be working directly under a Project Manager to prepare Construction and Contract Documents and coordinate consultants for various projects.  Position Requirements:   We are interested in candidates with a professional degree in architecture.  BArch, MArch or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School. A preservation background is also preferred. Enrollment in NCARB AXP with eligibility to become licensed. Self-motivated and high energy.
