DUTIES:Control of design during construction process; Apply code and zoning requirements, environment regulations, urban constraints and cities requirements for diverse types of project, scale and complexity (Mixed-use complex, office, hotel, Retail and residential) for International projects; Lead communication of complicated nonlinear international project with consultant teams on curtain wall systems, structural systems, MEP systems, green building strategy, and vertical transportation, lighting design and landscape design, to resolve complicated architectural geometries and sophisticated technical items; Understanding of Chinese architectural codes, environmental rules and regulations, safety issues, and other design and construction-related factors; Resolve and develop façade and curtainwall design technical details, following design goals and latest industry standards; Assist client on strategies to meet needs, resolving technical and design problems, and material selection ba...
