In a remote part of Northern Europe, along the Latvian-Estonian border, lies a small eco-farm that just happens to be home to one of the rarest breeds of horse on the planet. The Latvian Ardennes is almost extinct, and Kurgi Farm has one of the four remaining studs left on Earth.
