Kelly Wearstler is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Interior Designer who works well independently and in a fast-paced group setting. The Interior Architect will work seamlessly with the design team in overseeing and managing long-term, high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through project completion. DUTIES •Leading the project through all phases of the design process; acting as point of contact for clients and external consultants as well as actively pushing the project through these phases •Concepting, pitching and presenting design ideas both to the internal team and to clients •Leading the creation of construction drawing sets; including but not limited to, specifications, technical production, and basic code knowledge. •Developing and resolving design details through CAD or similar drawing packages. •Preparing renderings, sketches and other forms of visual communication for client presentations and internal reviews •Ensuring that the ...
