The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture Strong design skills and the ability to communicate design intentions 3-4 Years of Construction Document experience in High End Residential Must be able to assemble a technical set of Construction Documents Proficiency in Autocad Excellent verbal and writing skills Rendering experience; Sketchup Preferred Must be able to work in a collaborative work environment
