Position Overview Designer works under the direction of the Vice President | Principal, will have an active role in the design of projects including project programing, site design, building design, space planning, material selections and project entitlement.  Functions of Position Develops and delivers overall building design. Supports and/or conducts client meetings working directly with clients presenting design ideas and determining space needs and requirements. Obtains client approval and ensures integration into overall design, supporting creative design decisions that are within project goals and cost. Assist in the entitlement of a project through the related city/ county process for a project as needed related to the design aspects of a project.
