Austrian architect Chris Precht speaks to Dezeen in this live Screentime conversation sponsored by Enscape as part of Virtual Design Festival. Watch the conversation live from 2pm UK time.

Chris Precht, who founded architecture studio Precht with his wife Fei Precht last year, will discuss his work with Dezeen's founder and editor-in-chief Marcus Fairs.

Precht has explored low-impact building technologies and ways of making buildings more self-sufficient. Projects by the studio include a proposal for a timber housing tower that incorporates a vertical farm and an off-grid micro-home made of timber.

Precht also recently developed Parc de la Distance, a concept for a park that would help visitors to maintain social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.

The architect co-founded Beijing-based architecture studio Penda in 2013, where he developed a concept for a modular bamboo hotel that can be extended.
