Living Habitats LLC seeking Landscape Architect - Junior Designer in Chicago, IL, US
The ideal Junior Designer candidate will have between 3 and 5 years of professional experience and will demonstrate an outstanding design ability, graphic skills – both digital and hand drawn, have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are expected to have strong technical skills including a high level of proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, strong communication skills - both verbal and written, as well as critical thinking skills, and a working understanding of project management. Experience in Microstation, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling skills are preferred. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Bachelors of Landscape Architecture required, MLA preferred. Candidates must reside within the Chicagoland area and be within commuting distance of our office in Chicago with the ability to work remotely during the Covid pandemic.
