M. Ziemke Architecture is a bespoke architecture office founded by Marcus Ziemke in 2020. The firm focuses on high-end residential architecture in New York City, the Hamptons, Connecticut, Upstate New York and elsewhere (currently DC and London, as well). We have a number of exciting projects in the works, with more always in the pipeline, and so are seeking an ambitious architectural designer to join our team, in the Flatiron District. Duties & responsibilities Overall project management skills, as it pertains to bringing on project consultants, managing filing drawing submissions and strategies with expediters, client presentations and construction documentation Able to take design concept drawings and sketches and develop to working and presentation drawing level for internal and client/DOB reviewsMust have some familiarity with common building code sections, building materials and details, as well as how to represent these items through drawingsStrong time and workload manageme...
