Matt Gagnon Studio is a small multi-disciplinary design and art studio looking for a project architect to manage several single family residential projects as well as provide assistance to the studio’s art team on larger installation projects. Requirements: Professional degree in architecture Minimum 5 years of work experience in custom residential projects with a strong focus on design and material detailing Experience producing design presentations and detailed construction documents Experience with permitting, bidding process and construction administration Must be able to work on multiple projects in different phases at the same time. Ideal candidate will be: Self-motivated and able to follow through with minimal oversight.Organized and attentive to detail. Familiar with CA building code. Proficient in Autocad, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite Have good communication skills Be able to create and maintain schedules to ensure studio maintains project deadlines.
