Overview: Lead all aspects of project management for high end, custom residential construction management company. Aspects include drawing and document management, financial management, and site supervision. Responsibilities: 1. Drawing and Document Management a. Manage and organize all drawing updates via Plangrid/Autodesk Build from design team (i.e architects, landscape architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, consultants, etc.) b. Manage onboarding of all subcontractors and design team to Plangrid/Autodesk Build platform c. Initiate and manage all Shop drawing, Submittal, and RFI workflows with all necessary subcontractors d. Build and maintain all tracking logs for shop drawing and submittal submissions with Project Manager e. Assist Project Manager with recording and distributing Meeting Minutes for all meeting types 2.
