McGrath II seeks to expand their residential interiors team. We are looking for a Design Assistant/Purchasing Agent who is incredibly detail oriented and technically skilled. This candidate would support two project managers as well as the senior partners at our Greenwich, Connecticut office. Candidate must be able to work in office in Connecticut. Daily Tasks Include: Preparation of proposals and purchase orders using Studio Designer softwareProcuring estimates from trades and vendorsCoordinating deliveries and shipping for purchasesKeeping fabric and material library up to date and organizedMaintaining client files, and materials in a precise fashionPreparation of client presentations using InDesignOn Site oversight of trades at installations
