JOB DESCRIPTION: McIntosh Poris Associates is seeking passionate, self-directed graduate Architects with 3+ year’s of experience to work on all phases of multi-unit  mixed-use residential, commercial, hospitality, interior, and urban design projects.  We seek individuals comfortable working in multiple typologies and scales, making a difference in Detroit and its communities.   Candidates should possess strong design, organizational, communication and technical skills, working in a creative studio environment. Autodesk Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Design suite required. Other graphic and digital communication skills welcome.    POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We seek talented, creative individuals with the ability to work  independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively with project teams.
