As Job Captain, you will be responsible for using your own judgement in evaluation, selection and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Job Captain applicants will have the technical and leadership abilities to plan, organize, and manage the efforts of a production team; to ensure the production of high-quality construction documents within an allotted time and budget. Supervisory approvals and technical guidance will be provided on unusual or complex tasks during all design phases and construction.
