Michael Maltzan Architecture seeks a motivated and knowledgeable Archivist Intern to assist in establishing its digital data archive, containing more than 50 projects spanning the firm’s 25+ years of experience. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and the Director of Communications, the Archivist will populate a newly established digital database from project data; implement a processing plan for archiving project data, including project information, statistics, photographs, and publications;  facilitate digitization of past publications and project-related materials; arrange, process, and re-house sketches by Michael Maltzan according to archival best practices; and identify conservation concerns and perform basic preservation practices.
