MICROHOME 2020 - advance registration deadline is approaching! [Sponsored]

As buildings and cities continue to grow, the strain on the environment and the negative impact on communities is increasing. MICROHOME 2020 is calling for submissions for a new concept in housing, one that’s just 25 square metres in size. The MICROHOME 2020 architecture ideas competition is searching for designs that reinvent the idea of the micro home. Rather than just scaling down a standard home, participants are encouraged to use new technology and innovative materials to create a new aesthetic and layout for a modular micro home that could be located anywhere in the world. The jury will favour sustainable designs and those projects that look to solve economic, social, and cultural problems through the establishment of new architectural methods.
