Boutique Design Studio in Venice Beach California seeking a full or part-time freelance Junior Architect/ Designer I. Position requires candidate with strong drafting and 3d modeling skills using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop. Work will include all aspects of work including schematic design and 3D modeling to construction documentation and permitting. Work will be done remotely with occasional on-site and in-office meetings but ideal candidate should live the greater Los Angeles area. Set your own hours. Compensation is $15/hr.
