MWT Architecture is an International Firm specialized in Hotels, Resorts, Housing and Mixed-Use Projects. We are seeking a team leader (REMOTE- PROJECT ARCHITECT) to lead an international digital team of Architectural Interns using AutoCAD. Requirements: Expert Level 5 plus years’ Experience and Knowledge in Assembling Construction Documents and leading and working along with teams, and clients.Experience with wood frame, concrete, steel, CLT, assemblies for project.Licensed Architect PreferredNCARB and LEED certification preferred.Ability to present projects digitally with staff, coordinate with specification writer, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and outside Civil Engineers.Creative abilities including sketching, conceptual rendering, and space planning.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build quick rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors.Ability to prioritize tasks and assignment while working with 4 partners and in two time zones.Accustom...
