Nelligan White Architects is a 20‐person firm located in New York’s Garment District, by Penn Station. Much of our design work is focused on municipal, cultural, education and multi‐residential housing projects, and we have been recognized for our expertise in resilience master planning and sustainability. We seek a technical architect at the intermediate design and construction administration level. Ideal applicants will demonstrate the following attributes: Excellent AutoCAD and drafting skills with experience in both DD and CD phases. 5+ years of experience. Preferred with some experience in construction administration including on-site construction experience, reviewing mock-ups, RFIs, and submittals. Highly motivated.
