Norman Foster is named the 2025 Andrée Putman Lifetime Achievement Award winner
Lord Norman Foster will receive the 2025 Andrée Putman Lifetime Achievement Award as part of this year’s Créateurs Design Awards, which takes place in Paris on January 18th. Foster, who followed the late designer Gaetano Pesce in winning the award’s fifth edition, was so honored over his "revolutionary" contributions to urban design and the environmental movement within architecture. The ever-expanding portfolio of building projects he pursued after establishing Foster + Partners in 1967 was also recognized as works that "redefined the possibilities of modern architecture" globally in a highly technical future. Foster’s creativity and vision has since helped him garner the AIA Gold Medal and the 1999 Pritzker Prize, among many other honors.Read the full post on Bustler
