OCA is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Design Architect with 15+ years of experience leading client groups and design teams from programming, concept, design, and post-occupancy of design solutions. The Senior Design Architect will serve as a lead designer and set the design direction for key projects across OCA. This position is a hands-on, in-office position requiring overseeing daily activities on assigned Projects.
