Open Workshop for Architecture [OWA] is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our expanding studio located in downtown Tampa, minutes away from the Channelside and Ybor City districts. Candidates should have 5+ years of professional experience working with high-end commercial and residential projects (both single family and multi-family). As an integral part of our studio culture, candidates should enjoy working in a creative and collaborative environment with the ability to work independently as well. The focus of this position is to develop design options with the team internally, produce high quality construction documents and manage external consultants through all phases of the design process to ensure the drawings are properly coordinated and a high-level design is executed.
