You'll utilize skills in reviewing, researching and analyzing documentation of planning and urban design principles. You'll work to translate community needs and aspirations to plans, designs, and development standards, with an emphasis on urban design. You'll be responsible for the management of and participation in policy planning, urban design, and design details of a variety of projects. You'll also work with development review applications for rezoning, site plan approvals, platting, variances, conditional uses, and similar development applications.
