POSITION PROFILE Palisociety is currently seeking a very talented Director of Architectural Design to join our team.  The ideal candidate must have hospitality design experience and be proficient in CAD.  As Director of Architectural Design, you will lead a growing team of design project managers in the production of relevant documentation to execute design at a high level.  The position entails both hands on creation of full ID drawing sets with specifications as well as management of design staff members.  Technical skills, passion, speed & efficiency, diligent attention to detail, and elevated taste level are a must.
