Our client is a nationally recognized design firm with an award-winning mixed use, retail and hospitality portfolio. They have an immediate need for an Intermediate Architect to contribute to a multi-family residential project and complex retail space with F&B components. This position is competent in all conventional aspects of architecture and the production of high-quality project design, as well as documentation on time and within budget. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years' experience.Graduate of an accredited architectural program with Bachelor's level degree.Experience with Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Retail and Institutional work.
