PDS Studio Inc is a custom home architectural firm, specializing in designing new high-end residential home from ground up.  PDS Studio inc is seeking for a full-time Architectural design drafter with superior 3D skills and 2D proficiency using Revit. We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated draftsman to help with schematic design development, construction documents and design.  www.pds-studio.com PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings and architectural details using Revit. Ensure accuracy of drawings. Review architectural plans and consultant plans to ensure design consistency. Being involved in all phases of the projects from schematic design through design development and construction documents. Able to drive and submit plans to city hall, and able to communicate with city staff when going over the design.   QUALIFICATIONS: Architectural background + knowledge of the construction industry.
