BDF Designs is seeking to fill positions for an experienced Architects and Project Managers Qualifications Include: - Have experience laying out plans, sections and elevations to coordinate with design intent. -Mark up and pick up red lines based on client communication and coordination. - Implement code compliance and respond to DOB Objections relating to residential and multi-family projects. - Properly communicate with approval agencies and quality control reviews for approvals and and design. - Experience preparing drawings from schematic design to preparation of DOB filings and Construction Document coordination. - A good understanding of zoning & code. DOB and related agency requirements. - Be comfortable coordinating MEP, Structural and various disciplines with proposed design set ready for filing, and construction.
