read architecture design seeking Intermediate or Senior Architect in New York, NY, US

We are looking for an experienced architect who is looking forward to grow for us and doesn't shy away from taking responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Within the next 6 months you will be exposed to all phases of a project, residential, hospitality and commercial projects that are starting right away. We are doing all renderings, project development, and details in house. Previous professional experience is mandatory. Duties and responsibilities:• Contribute on solving architectural problems in all phases of design.• Coordinate with principal and other team members drawings, models and details.• Prepare construction document in CAD to submit to DOB. • 3D Modeling for design exploration and client presentations. • 3D rendering. • Prepare client presentations. • Attend client presentations and prepare meeting minutes. Required Qualifications:• 4-8 years of professional experience.
