Renovation of the Ground Floor of the Prudência Building / Gui Paoliello Arquiteto
The Prudência building, a massive residential slab of 10 floors, was designed and constructed between 1944 and 1948. It is a highly emblematic and representative piece of architecture, as it is one of the first modern vertical buildings in the Higienópolis neighborhood.
